Best Western Plus Meadowlands

Very good clean rooms. Staff were pleasant and cordial. Good safe parking and centrally located with easy access to public transportation. Decent breakfast with many options. Gets a bit crowded in the morning but they open up the conference rooms that has plenty of space. Coffee and Hot Chocolate available from a machine 24x7 so a good way to get refreshed or take something for the road. The elevators were a bit slow, but otherwise worked very well. Nothing much else to complain about.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Bed could use an upgrade to be more comfortable but has nice sheets. Bathroom needs a sign for the drawer that says “towels” because i didn’t realize we had them

Super happy with my stay here. There’s a bus stop close by to get into nyc easily. Lots of food options around plus Walmart and other stores. Rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Only complaint is that the elevator signs are out so you don’t know what floor you’re on from the inside, but it’s not a hassle since it says the floor number on the door frame. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had the pleasure of staying here during the last weekend of August. The hotel appeared to be quite busy, as when I made the reservation, I had hoped for a room with a king or queen-size bed, but only rooms with double beds were available. Nevertheless, it was perfectly acceptable, as I was pleased with the cleanliness of our room; both the bed and the restroom were satisfactory. The breakfast was consistently enjoyable, although there was a limited selection of cold, dry items, such as boiled eggs, yogurt toppings, and cereal, compared to the Best Western we stayed at in California. Despite this, the food was still delicious overall. The staff member, who was managing the breakfast service alone for the four days of our stay, was incredibly hardworking, attentive, and efficient, doing her best to replenish the food. I truly appreciate staff members like her. Some of the front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. The elevator experiences high demand on weekend mornings. While there were two elevators, the one on the left appeared to be out of service during our stay. Thank you, Best Western Meadowland; we will certainly consider staying here again in the future.

My parents and I had the pleasure to stay at this Best Western Hotel for seven days during our stay in Secaucus. The Check-in was very quick and the room was clean and had a large bathroom. The breakfast is very nice, you have a selection of Bagels, Toast and Muffins that you can pair with oatmeal, cornflakes, joghurt and egg with a varying meat selection. You can even make your own waffles, which is awesome! But I recommend to arrive in the main breakfast area in the lobby before 8 am, afterwards it can get crowded. It was never an issue for us. The hotel is located near a large selection of restaurants and also has great shopping centers in the area. I can highly recommend the Best Western Plus Meadowlands for anyone who wants to visit New Jersey or New York and is looking for something out of Manhatten. PS: And to all the Germans/Deutschen complaining about the breakfast spread: This is what American breakfasts are like! If you want to visit, get over it. The food is great.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for a few months for work reasons, and my experience has been excellent. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Room service is provided every other day, and everything is always spotless. The location is great — there are multiple restaurants right across the street, and a bus stop next to the hotel makes traveling to NYC very easy and convenient. Special thanks to Yamelis, Claudia, Rafael, Judith, and Ashley for their outstanding service and kindness throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Can't really fault it for price vs experience. Good friendly staff from the reception to the breakfast ladies. Room spacious and perfectly clean, beds made up each day. From my room 623 we could see Manhattan. Aircon worked great to heat or cool the room. Breakfast : I was there early every day, only me at 6am, everything fresh and good. By 9am, yes it's busy and people even sitting in the conference room. Set your expectations, treat this as a free extra, don't rely on it if you can't get up early. Bus 320 into Manhattan, great.. Mornings it's every 10-15 mins.. during the day it's more like every 30-45 mins.But it can take from 20-60 mins into or back from Manhattan, depending on traffic and wait time. Don't rely on it taking only 20 mins. Immediate area : Dallas BBQ resto across the road is great, Carnegie Diner ok.. TJ Maxx is 2 stops on the bus, Walmart 5 mins walk.

Clean, excellent service. We stayed here for a NYC vacation and the location was great - quick bus ride into port authority without having to worry about parking or traffic in the city. The only complaint was the breakfast - the food was pretty stale in a space way too small for the number of people trying to be in there.
